Service Level Agreement (SLA)

While we can offer typical 99.9% uptime guarantees and such, we do not. Not because we have terrible uptime, but because the typical SLA that offers 99.9% uptime excludes things like network outages, hardware failures, and scheduled maintenances. Translation, they guarantee being up except when pretty much anything goes wrong. Why even offer the guarantee then? Our SLA thus is simple; we take every step possible to ensure that our systems and networks are always running optimally without interruption. Should anything go wrong, we do everything in our power to get your service back up and running ASAP.
